K-IRB DJ Lounge

One of the things I try to remind new DJs is that they should bring their own audience. Meaning, you go out and MySpace it or forum whore it or whatever you have to do to get the word out that you’re doing a radio show. Feel free to save and download the button icon we made for your show and put that in all your signatures on every forum you’re at.

Honestly, you want the most listeners for your show as possible, and we don’t do that for you. You do.

As much as k-IRB is supported by our listeners, they aren’t coming here for an automated program playing music all day and night; they are here for you, the live DJs.

So tell them when you are on the air. Invite them to go to your forum page at the k-IRB.com forum. Give out buttons and tell them to spread the word for you.

It sounds lame, but it’s true. And it will work for you if you are willing to take the time out and tell everyone the deal.
